We would like to let you know we especially appreciate your care and compassion for him following his recent fall and hip operation. The hospital were clearly unable to cope and you stepped in and he has made an amazing recovery.
I would also add that your care of my mother and myself during this difficult illness has been comforting and all the staff, especially on the EMI unit are watchful and caring of us. Arnold and his team are stars!!

We would like to say a big thank you for making arrangements for B to attend the funeral of his wife and the support provided by the carer and driver on the day.
We appreciate that there may well have been other staff involved to ensure that B’s day went well so please pass on our thanks to them. B is very happy at Bradeney House and we can understand why.

I write to thank you all for looking after Tony whilst in your care. Your attention to detail with his every day needs was very much appreciated. While this was going on, you all showed your love and care for me while I was going through a very difficult time.
Helpful, friendly staff, delicious meals and a lovely clean environment for my Dad to enjoy his final months of life. A big thank you to all the lovely staff for making Dads end of life special.
